    The Wauwatosa Wrestling Club is a Non-Profit Organization that consists of local community residents. The following information outlines the main objectives of the Wauwatosa Wrestling Club.

    I.  Mission Statement
     
    The Wauwatosa Wrestling Club strives to promote the positive and healthy development of youth by providing services that build the skills, civility and self-confidence necessary to succeed in a competitive world. Wauwatosa Wrestling Club endeavors to educate the Wauwatosa community in the sport of wrestling, to make wrestling fun, to improve the quality of Wauwatosa youth wrestling and to promote well-planned events. We accomplish our mission through programs that develop character by teaching and demonstrating positive values that afford the opportunities to: serve as a foundation and enhance healthy lifestyles, foster personal and team integrity, self respect, personal growth, and development of lifetime leadership skills.

    The Wauwatosa Wrestling Club engages youth and adults as partners in the collaborative process of creating and maintaining safe, nurturing environments for all young people to grow and develop in the sport of wrestling.

    1. Commitment to Skills Development
    We are committed to enhancing the skills development of our members in a safe manner. At every level of organization we do what is necessary to ensure that our members meet their individual health and fitness needs necessary to participate in the sport of wrestling.
     
    2. Service to Members
    We are passionate in caring for our members, their concerns and what they have to say. We take pride in serving them in a timely, accommodating, competent and consistent manner.
     
    3. Club Environment
      We believe in keeping our facilities clean, well-maintained, safe and attractive at all times. We are detail-oriented, knowing that doing the little things shows our members that we really care.
     
    4. Strength in People
      We operate as a team at all times. We have compassion and respect for each other and seek to create a positive experience for everyone.
